On Wednesday, May 14, 2025, the Alan B. Levan Center of Innovation will celebrate our collaborative community with an Awards ceremony.

The Levan Center is now accepting nominations for outstanding individual and organizational efforts in the South Florida ecosystem. All organizations/individuals are encouraged to submit a nomination in one or more categories for consideration. Please note that organizations/individuals will only be named as a finalist in one category based on scoring.

 IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Nominations are scored ONLY by our carefully selected Judges.

• Award Category sponsors do not review submitted submissions.

·         The Levan Center and its representatives do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability, age, marital status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, pregnancy, or gender identity and expression.  All nominees must abide by similar practices in order to be considered for nomination.

• Nova Southeastern University Students, Faculty and Staff are not eligible to apply.

• The corporation must be located in Palm Beach, Broward or Miami-Dade counties.

Up to five finalists will be selected in each category by a panel of impartial judges from across the nation. Finalists will be revealed on April 11, 2025 (OrbitAwards.com). Winners will be revealed at the Awards ceremony on May 14, 2025.

 Award Criteria & Application Instructions:

• Complete the form below. Once the application is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. If items are missing, a Levan Center representative will be in contact. 

 All nominees must meet the following criteria:

• Individuals/organizations may self-nominate or be nominated by others.

• Corporations may be nominated in more than one category.

• A corporation can only be a finalist in one category (the category in which the corporation ranked highest).

Application instructions:

• Please answer each question fully and succinctly. The answer portion of the application may not exceed 200 words per paragraph and must be submitted using the application formatting. Clearly explain why your organization/individual is deserving of this honor. Nominations are scored only by selected judges. The score will be solely based on information provided in the nomination application.
